Return Policy

Because we understand that internet orders cannot be inspected for quality or tried on for size before ordering, we have altered our refund/exchange policy.

If you are unhappy with any selection from Halloweenscene.com we will gladly return or exchange your item within 14 days, with some exceptions.

To receive your return, you must first contact us by email at info@halloweenscene.com to receive a return authorization #. We will email you a RA# and return instructions within 24 hours. Items returned without a return authorization # will not be given credit.

Exceptions:

· No returns or exchanges on wigs, special orders, rubber masks or opened makeup or teeth of any kind.

· No returns or exchanges on special orders.

· No returns on any costume or kit that is missing any piece or is missing it’s packaging.

Any order placed between October 21st and November 3rd of any year is considered FINAL SALE. They will not be considered for return or exchange. Returns will not be accepted between October 21 and November 3.
