Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our Long Island, NY warehouse. Shipping costs (which are unfortunately non-refundable) are born on the customer's selection of shipping service and may vary according to total order weight.

An automatic e-mail will generate receipt of your order. We ship Monday through Friday. Due to high volume of orders, in stock items will ship within 3 business days from receipt of order. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you by phone or by e-mail for approval, before shipping any partial order.

Due to heavy call volume, you will receive the quickest customer service response by email. Please email info@halloweenscene.com and include your original order number and date you placed your order.

United States:

• ORDERS PLACED AFTER OCTOBER 21 are NOT guaranteed for HALLOWEEN delivery UNLESS EXPRESS OR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING is selected. THIS MEANS YOUR ORDER WILL PROCESS IN 1-3 DAYS AND THEN SHIP. TO ENSURE TIMELY DELIVERY, INDICATE EXACT DATE YOU NEED YOUR ITEM.

• USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 days, not guaranteed. No Sunday delivery is available.

• USPS Express Mail: Guaranteed overnight delivery to MOST domestic addresses, 2nd day to all others. No Sunday delivery is available. Please check with the USPS to find out if you are in a guaranteed next day or 2nd day delivery zone.

• FedEx Express Saver: Guaranteed 3rd business day delivery to MOST domestic addresses. No weekend pickup or delivery available!!

• FedEx 2Day: Guaranteed 2nd business day delivery to MOST domestic addresses. No weekend pickup or delivery available!!

• FedEx Standard Overnight: Guaranteed next business afternoon delivery to MOST domestic addresses. No weekend pickup or delivery available!!

International:

•We use USPS Global Priority or Express Service for international shipping. No overnight service is available. International rates are based on weight and destination. Transit times are not guaranteed due to delays that may occur in customs.

• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES*:

• USPS Global Priority: 6-10 business days, depending on destination country.

• USPS Global Express: 4-7 business days, depending on destination country.
